Ako zaznamenávame neprítomnosť Neprítomnosti sa evidujú ako oprávnené alebo neoprávnené. Dieťa, ktoré je príliš choré na to, aby prišlo do školy a ktorého rodičia/opatrovatelia nám oznámia svoju neprítomnosť, dostane známku oprávnenej absencie. Dieťa, ktoré nie je v škole a ktorého rodičia/opatrovníci nekontaktovali školu ohľadom absencie, dostane známku nepovolenej absencie. Nepovolená známka sa zaznamená aj vtedy, ak bol charakter neprítomnosti neprijateľný. Dochádzku monitorujú pani Ballová a pani Matthewsová, ktoré budú kontaktovať rodičov, aby riešili pretrvávajúce absencie. Ak počet nepovolených absencií dieťaťa dosiahne 20 sedení (1 deň = 2 sedenia) v jednom semestri, miestny úrad očakáva, že škola vydá upozornenie na pokutu a absencia bude oznámená referentovi pre sociálnu starostlivosť. Ciele návštevnosti Výborná účasť je 100%. Dobrá účasť je akákoľvek návštevnosť medzi 96 % a 99 %. Dôvodom na obavy je účasť medzi 90 % a 95 %. Slabá účasť je akákoľvek účasť pod 90%. Choroba Rodičia/opatrovatelia musia kontaktovať školu v deň neprítomnosti. Dá sa to urobiť telefonátom do školy, e-mailom do školy (admin@priory.hull.sch.uk ) alebo ústnou správou. Schôdzky Všade, kde je to možné, by sa mali stretnutia dohodnúť mimo vyučovacích hodín. Ak to nie je možné, informujte o tom riaditeľstvo školy. Vaše dieťa sa musí po stretnutí vrátiť do školy. Prázdniny Počas vyučovania by sa nemali čerpať prázdniny, pretože sa to bude považovať za neoprávnenú absenciu. Toto povolíme len vo výnimočných prípadoch. Neoprávnená neprítomnosť na dovolenke bude mať za následok sankciu vo výške 60 £ na dospelú osobu a dieťa.
